Chick-fil-A is known for its exceptional hospitality and strong brand identity. I had the opportunity to develop creative concepts that enhance customer and Team Member engagement through thoughtful storytelling.

One project envisions Chick-fil-A’s debut on TikTok, crafting a launch concept that introduces the brand to a new audience while staying true to its signature warmth and hospitality. From defining the visual style to shaping the messaging, the goal was to create an engaging first impression and set the foundation for a dynamic presence on the platform. The second project focuses on celebrating Team Members—the heart of the brand—by exploring ways to spotlight their contributions and express appreciation in meaningful ways.

Chick-fil-A’s TikTok Debut: As Chick-fil-A prepared to expand its digital presence, this project focused on conceptualizing an engaging, on-brand debut for the company’s first-ever TikTok post. The challenge was to define the tone, visual approach, and messaging strategy that would resonate with TikTok’s audience while staying true to Chick-fil-A’s values. The concept needed to capture excitement, encourage interaction, and set the foundation for an authentic and memorable presence on the platform.


Team Member Appreciation Campaign: Chick-fil-A’s brand is built on hospitality, with Team Members playing a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This project explores ways to highlight and celebrate Team Members, showcasing the everyday moments that make a difference. The goal was to develop creative concepts that express gratitude, foster engagement, and reinforce Chick-fil-A’s culture of care.
