INFLECTION
Inflection is an employee education platform supporting life’s pivotal moments including fertility, menopause, and end-of-life care. During my time there, I served as Lead Designer. My primary focus was bringing six distinct product identities under one cohesive brand system, ensuring that every touchpoint reflected the trust and empathy these sensitive topics demand.

Unified Brand Architecture
I led the strategic consolidation of six disparate product identities into one cohesive, empathetic brand system. This involved a comprehensive audit of legacy assets across Figma, Canva, and Google Workspace to ensure a unified visual voice across the entire organization.Cross-Functional Design Systems
I developed accessible brand hubs and tailored templates to meet the specific needs of Sales, Communications, and C-suite leadership. By building out Figma Slides, Canva systems, and Google Slide decks, I ensured brand consistency across all departments without creating a production bottleneck.Email Journey & Lifecycle Redesign

Directed the visual evolution of Inflection’s social content, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. This included developing scalable design systems for live-streamed seminars, global observed days, and core brand initiatives.
I took ownership of Inflection’s LinkedIn presence, updating the banner and avatar to align with the brand rollout, transforming a fragmented page into a cohesive, polished, and professional brand touchpoint.
For the REBA conference in the UK, I redesigned the entire booth, replacing outdated branding with a modern, clean, and on-brand visual system, from the large wall graphics to the podium design, ensuring a fresh, cohesive brand presence.
I developed a comprehensive display kit featuring informative posters with integrated QR codes, and a suite of handouts and swag. This system was designed for heavy rotation, appearing monthly at HR benefits events for Fortune 500 companies to help employees easily navigate and understand their available benefits.
